Buying foreclosures where to find free listings in oregon?

I have been interested in buying a house for over a year now. I know there’s alot of foreclosures here in town, only problem is my realitor does not seem to want to help me in locating any. Has anyone here ever bought a foreclosure? how did you find them? was it difficult to purchase? do you have to have cash? any info you can give me is very appreciated. thanks.

Does anyone know of a good website for free home listings (auctions and foreclosures)?

I want to look for houses in Queens, New York but every website I search asks for a account setup or trial. It would be good if someone knows anything about foreclosure and auctions in Queens, New York. Thank you in advance

Free foreclosure listings!!!?

I am tired of hearing and reading about ppl buying houses for dirt cheap and not being able to find any of these sites or listings myself, Is there anybody out there willing to help?! I don’t know how many sites i’ve tried to join in hopes of getting some listings to just buy a house for my wife and I, not for profit not for rentals not to flip it, i just want help so i can start living cause right now this is not living im drowning in debt cant get a home loan to save my life living in a small apt with roommates that think their dictators of a small country and do nothing to contribute to make life easier living here. Now all that said I have tried numerous sites only to be frustrated in the end with having to pay after 7 days i do not wish to pay weekly fees or have limited access during the trial, kinda useless to try it if you cannot even look at anything or obtain info about the property.

Does anybody have suggestions as to sites I should be looking at? realtors I can talk to? places I can go to find these lists in any county, state or city? I really need help here if you have knowledge of these places or have done this yourself please let the rest of us know how this is obtained or where to look it would be greatly appreciated.

The Expert answers:

I typed in “Sherriff Office”. You will be instructed as to which state your looking for. Then your county. Then just dig into your states way of listing stuff. They are all different.
I hope you have some success.

i would like to hear from those of you who have taken this 3 day $ 3000 cost class of making money with real estate, by buying pre foreclosure homes with private investors, farming, and selling during times of distress by original owners and when the market is falling down. Does his site which gives listing of pre foreclosures really work. How good is personal advisors. I would also like to get a peek at his pre foreclosure listings of houses, so if any of you have it, pls let me know

Your Questions About Foreclosures

The Expert answers:

I would take that 3000 and use it as down payment money for my first property or to pay for closing costs.

You can join your local real estate investors association, most large cities have a few. You will learn just as much and speak to the people that do this every day for just a small membership fee.

Do a yahoo or Google search for his company. I believe there are quite a few unhappy people out there.
