Maria asks…

What is the best way to get to the MTA Hudson line from Stewart Airport?

I’m flying into Stewart and know I need to get on the Hudson Line and take it all the way to Grand Central but I’ve never been to the airport and am wondering how easy or difficult it is to get to the line. Any info is helpful!

Your Questions About Foreclosures

The Expert answers:

Your best bet would be to take a taxi from the airport to the Beacon station. The shuttle bus only runs on weekdays. I don’t know the fares offhand though.

You may want to call before hand to find out.

Stewart Airport Taxi – (845) 565-1616

Sandy asks…

What was the top speed of Marshall Teague’s “Fabulous Hudson Hornet”?

I have found data on the car’s horsepower, but nothing on the top speed. I am in the process of restoring a 7-X Hudson, and I’m curious just how fast it may be able to go when it’s complete.
My car is a 1952 Hudson Hornet.

Only about 140mph

Mary asks…

Where is the best place to park on the MTA Hudson line?

I’m driving from further upstate, and planning to take the Hudson line into NYC to avoid the hassle of bringing my car into the city. It’s only for the afternoon; which station (from, say, Manitou further South) is easiest/cheapest to park at? Thanks!

Your Questions About Foreclosures

The Expert answers:

My friend, the Croton-Harmon Station has a near by parking garage operated by the Village of Croton. The garage is meter operated, so make sure you have exact change.

I hope this information is very helpful.

Good luck

Mark asks…

Do you think the Jenifer Hudson and Arkansas Anchorwoman tragedies will motivate people to stop street crime?

Anne Pressley was beaten into a coma Monday and died Saturday by burglars in gang plagued Little Rock.

Jennifer Hudson‘s family was murdered by a repeat offender and domestic abuser who was kicked out of the family home last winter.

Some cities, like Detroit, Baltimore, and Philly, the crime is getting rediculous and it seems like good people have less and less resources to protect themselves and the justice system does little to get gangs and thugs off the street.

Your Questions About Foreclosures

The Expert answers:

No. People are more concerned with what immediately and directly impacts them. They are also fearful of retribution if they ‘witness’ an act. Additionally, they will rationalize that they ‘just don’t have the time’. Overall people are afraid to get involved. This is not to say that they aren’t receptive of assistance on their behalf. EVERYONE wants someone to help them when in need, right?

I have a bad habit of getting involved. I have been a witness. I have literally fought on someones behalf. I WILL also make the time. Has it changed my side of the universe? No. Has it proven detrimental to me? Yeah. Would I do it all over again? Ya betcha! About as fast as you can disregard this answer and call me a fool (if not worse).

Need a interior designer for a new Indian Restaurant in NJ hudson county?

I am looking for someone who can help me design the interior of a new indian restaurant in NJ ( hudson county).
Also looking for contractors who have experience with restaurants.

Your Questions About Foreclosures

The Expert answers:

The best way is to check out other restaurant interiors and than contact them about their designers. It would take forever if you did one at a time, but at Site-see Restaurants there is over a thousand New York area restaurant websites that you could look at in a few minutes for ideas. I go there all the time just to get ideas for decorating my apartment.
